If you\u2019re unhappy with your gift card provider, you can switch your current card numbers over to our system. The benefits are that you can keep using your current gift cards, even if you\u2019ve been issuing them for years, and you can enjoy better service and costs from Smart Transaction Systems.<\/p>\n

What to Expect<\/h3>\n

Almost all gift cards can be moved over to our system. Here’s what the card conversion process looks like:<\/p>\n

  1. Send us a gift card for testing or send us track data.<\/li>\n
  2. We’ll confirm that your gift cards will work in our system.<\/li>\n
  3. Get a liability report from your current gift card provider. This report should show the full card number and balance of all active gift cards.<\/li>\n
  4. We’ll import all your active cards into our system so customers can redeem them after you switch to STS.<\/li>\n
  5. When you sell new cards, they’ll be added to the system when you swipe them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
